Patti's Show App-arel

I try to make only the highest quality clothing and by doing so, I use real Swarvoski crystals, Ultra Suede, and lambskin and so the following prices reflect this.  

Rail Shirts start at $150.00 with a material collar and cuffs ($200 with Ultra-Suede or lambskin; each additional color of lambskin $50.)

Showmanship outfits start at $400 (includes pants).  Basic - made out of polyester, gaberdine or Shantung (faux silk) and includes one to two colors lambskin and up to 300 rhinestones.  Additional rhinestones $25/per 75 stones.

Extra matching gaberdine or polyester pants - $75.00; Shantung pants - $85.00.

Horsemanship Shirts - start at $225.00.

Leadline Sets (adult railshirt and matching child's railshirt) $325.00

Ultra Suede Adult Chaps - $350.00

Driving Aprons - start at $50.00 for material apron

Girl's Railshirt (under 32" bust) - $175.00

Girl's Showmanship Outfits (under 32" bust) - start at $375.00 (includes pants)

Girl's Pants - $60.00 (inseam 29" and under)

Girl's Horsemanship Shirt (under 32" bust) - $200.00

Girl's Ultra Suede Chaps (inseam 29" and under) - $275.00

Payment - a 50% non-refundable deposit is required with the order, and the entire balance is due prior to shipment.

If the deposit is paid by credit card, the same credit card is required to pay the balance.  If a check is used to pay the balance, Patti's Show  App-arel will ship the order after the check has cleared (approximately two weeks.)  A $30.00 fee will be applied to any dishonored checks (e.g. NSF.)  A 20% charge is added for "rush" orders.

A delay in payment will result in delayed delivery.

Shipping - Standard shipping for orders and alterations is via ground carrier (e.g. Fed Ex or UPS.)  Overnight shipping is available at the customer's expense.   Shipping and handling are in addition to the purchase price of the merchandise.

Alterations - Patti's Show App-arel takes special effort to assure correct fit.  Due to variations in patterns, materials, stitching technique, and body shape, alterations may be necessary.

Patti's Show App-arel is responsible for alterations so long as measurements have not changed and Patti's Show App-arel is notified within thirty (30) days of receipt.  TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE.  After thirty (30) days, alterations and shipping will be charged to the customer.

Two to three (2-3) weeks are required for alterations and return.  In some cases, a second, final alteration is necessary to assure the desired fit.  Patti's Show App-arel reserves the right at it's sole option to remake the garment, and to return the unsatisfactory garment to stock for resale.

The customer should not use or make any changes to the garment until the final fit is approved.

Warranty - Patti's Show App-arel warrants all merchandise to be free from defects in materials or workmanship.  In the event of a defect, Patti's Show App-arel will repair or replace the garment which is returned within ninety (90) days after the purchase date.  A 50% credit will be applied toward the purchase of Patti's Show App-arel merchandise for a defective garment which is returned between ninety (90) and one hundred eighty (180) days.  No credit is applied after one hundred eighty (180) days.  NOTE:  Leather goods and exotic hides exhibit fluctuation in grain and pattern beyond the control of Patti's Show App-arel.  These differences add individual character to your custom garment and should enhance the enjoyment.

Disclaimer of Implied Warranties and Limitiations Upon Remedies -

The express warranty is in lieu of implied warranties of suitability for particular purpose and merchantability which are specifically disclaimed.  Damages, if any, are limited to the purchase price, and Patti's Show App-arel is not responsible for consequential or incidential damages,w hich are excluded from this agreement.

Refunds - All custom orders are not-refundable.  See Alteration Policy above.  All consignment and special sale purchases are "AS IS" and are without warranty, and are considered final.  Ready-made clothing may be returned within five (5) days in original (non-worn) condition.
